Different cultures and people have different views on how the Earth was created. I think this happens because because of the beliefs we have, we form theories and stories out of these beliefs. I think because different cultures and religions have many beliefs, and they form stories out of these beliefs, which can be different. This tells us about humans that it is our nature to have different beliefs. I think that this also tells us that people form these stories out of the influence and beliefs of others around them. I also think people have different stories of creation because their questions may be different, and these questions are answered differently. This tells us humans never stop being curious.
Different cultures and people have different thoughts of how the world was created. I think this, because not every religion wants to have the same creation story, so they make their own. ≈Rohan(NUR ROHAN SIDDIQUE)…ãdīö§
I beg to differ Rohan with your argument because Christians and Muslims both believe about Adam and Eve, which shows that they didn't exactly have the same creation story, but it was similar and religions wouldn't create different stories in fear of copying, because I don't think religions would do that.
Different cultures and different people thought that the world was created differently. Some people thought it should have been only their religion. Every religion has different beliefs. Muslims, Christians and others sometimes that the world should only be theirs and their country. Some religions want to do their own things. They want their own world.
Every cultures and people have different perspective on their world. Back then there was always an curiosity on how the world was made. When we were little, our parent's passed on a generation of an story on how the world was made. Religions also affect on how the world was created because certain religions have different things and beliefs that they follow. People have different thoughts on how the world was created and because of this a legend is created by every religion. There are some religions that follow in the same heritage truing on into a generation that is passed on to their grandchildren grandchildren. Inside a person there is an advantage of what's going on in their world, also known as a life growing change. This tells us about humans that we have a thought of what's going on in the world and then make a story to tell others about their own opinions. This is why different cultures/religions/people have different views on how the Earth, cosmos, and universe were created.
Because of their religion. Some religions might have things to do with the earth. Like in Islam, when you pray you have to wash yourself in a process called yudu, and in some places you cant wash yourself. So people might not like that place, MAYBE, not like they WILL. But that tells us that humans have a lot of ways of thinking. That's good b/c if we had same thoughts chaos would occur.
Different people have different theories on everything and they think that other people are wrong but they are right. That is why they spread their conclusions on stuff. This tells us the humans only want to be right and that their voices must, a definite must, be heard.
It shows how we all believe in something in our beliefs, and we have our own follow up story in religions. Questions lie beneath our feet because man kind doesnt have all THE SMARTNESS OF SECRETS lying beneath the earth. ~Fahim (FAHIM AHMED(FAN)ãdīö§
Every culture and religion has a different view of how the earth was created because they all believe in something different, or they all have their own opinion. For example, I'm a Mormon, (A.K.A Christian.) and I believe the Earth was created in 6 days. (Please don't laugh at this, it's what I believe in...) While in the book, they believe it was created because a "skywoman" fell from the sky and made earth. So, all in all, everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
P.S Tazrean, we don't believe Adam and Eve created the earth, we just believe that they were the first people here on earth. Here's the story in a short summary, God made Adam first, and then Eve, and they were placed in a sacred garden and God told them not to eat the fruit from the tree in the middle of the garden, then Eve was tempted by Satan to eat the fruit, which she did, then she told Adam to do it and he did. One day god found out and banned them from the garden. That's the story!
Every culture and religion has different perspectives of how the world was made. According to people's religious books, people believe what their religion teaches them. Also, science has showed us specific data that allows people to understand what the universe is actually like. Sometimes, science changes people's beliefs. For example, long time ago, christians used to believe that the Earth was in the middle of the universe, after scientific research, people learned that the sun was actually in the center of the universe. This tells us that people believe according to what they hear and what they see.
I think that all religions have different creation stories because in the old times, nobody had any explanation for how everything was created, so they made something up and that was probably passed down from generation to generation. I concur with you Fahim because since nobody knows all the answers to all the questions, many people make up stories. I concur with you Shayan but to add on, I think that mankind doesn't really care about the truth (not everybody), they just want to be right and share their opinion but they might hurt others by saying that they are lying or by saying that their beliefs are wrong.
I think that different cultures/people have different views on how the earth was created because people cant explain everything all the time. The try to come up with answers. I also think that they have different views on how the world became because they didn't understand what they heard. Maybe they changed the story/myth because they didn't like what they heard, or added new parts.
I agree with all of you guys that Adam and Eve were the first ones on these planets but think about it really carefully? They were the first ones here and from different religions; we follow in different substances. The curiosity of following the world we make up different stories.
I THINK YHAT EVERYONE HAS THEIR OWN opinions and beleifs, but because no body knows the exact way Earth was made they make up stories that sometimes matches thir religions beliefs
I think that different people/cultures/religions have different views on how everything was created because they have questions (whose answers no one have) whose answers they think of; what they think will be based on their religion's belief.
I concur with you Syed because everyone does have different theories but to add on, I think that people from different cultures have different theories so they believe what the generation before them believes and in the end, it all comes down to one word: religion. I also beg to differ with you Rohan because not all religions/cultures have totally different stories, some cultures have similar stories. I also think that since there are tons of questions that nobody can answer, we make up theories using science. In final analysis, every culture/ religion has a different or similar story to other cultures.

Kayla, about the Adam and Eve, I mean that different religions can have similar stories and wouldn't try to change each other.
DIfferent cultures have different views because they knew different thing.Greeks beleived in gods such as Zeus, while America believed in science.
I beg to differ Shayan because it is not just theories
