I think Harriet Tubman is still an inspirational hero to all people from all walks of like, not just African Americans because she had the bravery and the daring that we all need to make life exciting and make yourself less vulnerable. Also, Harriet had the beliefs of God. Even if you were an Athiest or Thiest, you would still have hope and faith just like Harriet, who was faithful. She went through lots of hardship and understood life, just like we should. I was inspired by Harriet Tubman because she knew what was right and wrong, a white person or not. This is why Harriet Tubman is an inspirational hero for others, including me.

I think that that Harriet Tubman not only inspires African Americans but other people too like Italians, Mexicans, and other people who had trouble getting freedom in our country because of immigrancy and other issues. This makes me realize that Harriet Tubman is a symbol of hope because it shows that people of different races can be together and that we should always have hope, because we should all hope that America stays the free country it's become.
Harriet Tumban inspired many people to be brave. She just did not inspire African Americans, but people of all races. Heck, even I'm inspired! She possessed of many great qualities of a kid, warm hearted person. Her selflessness insipred many people because she became a free slave stepping onto the golden land (Philedelphia, Penslyvania) and then risked her own life to go and free other slaves. She could have been hanged but knew the right path. This makes me think that African American people were smarter and kinder than the society judged them back in the 1820s to 1860s because using Harriet Tubman as a mentor they were kind people and she could go and trick white people and led more than 1,000 slaves to freedom. This may lead people to believe that all humans are equal and one, and no one should be able to own another man, woman, and/or child.

Sometimes in life, it is important to take risks, and make differences or else this world could get worse than before, or just stay the same. People like Harriet Tubman take those risks, and make our lives better, and maybe her actions can benefit our world. Lamiya, being a person who never loses hope is just a blessing. If people could consist such a power, and be so brave, than maybe people will have that ray of hope towards them, and feel like they can trust them, and this hope could come from the bottom of their heart. People who can make people feel safe are powerful people. Harriet Tubman is not only an inspirational hero to African Americans, but to others because she taught people to always have faith and believe even in the toughest moments because in the story Moses she always looked to the lord for help and never gave up on him or herself. What I mean by that is she never stopped believing in her god and beliefs and she didn't give up on herself. She taught me to live my life always fighting for what I stood for and always put others before me. In the story, she never only thought about herself she always thought about freedom for all slaves especially her family. This reminds me of when my father says you always need to think of your family instead of yourself and that is what Harriet did...
